How do I find my device MAC address?
Open XSIR Media Player → Settings → Device Info. Your MAC address is listed there in the format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.
What playlist formats are supported?
M3U, M3U8, M3U Plus, and Xtream Codes API are all fully supported.
How do I delete a playlist?
Go to Delete Playlist in the menu, enter your MAC address, click Load Playlists, then click Delete next to the one you want to remove.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?
Each subscription covers 1 device. Contact our reseller portal for multi-device or bulk plans.
How do I become a reseller?
Click Reseller Login in the menu and create a new account. Reseller accounts are approved instantly — no waiting required.
