Find Your Device MAC Address

Go to your device Settings Network or About. Look for the WiFi or Ethernet MAC address in the format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX.

Obtain an M3U Playlist URL

Get your M3U playlist URL from your IPTV provider. It usually starts with http:// or https:// and ends with .m3u or .m3u8.

Upload Your Playlist

Go to the Upload tab, enter your MAC address, paste your playlist URL, give it a name, and click Upload Playlist.

Install the XSIR PRO App

Download and install the XSIR PRO app from the Download tab. Available for Android TV, Amazon Fire Stick, Nvidia Shield, and more.

Activate Your Device (Optional)

For extended access, go to the Activate tab, select a plan, enter your MAC address and complete activation. The trial is completely free.

Open the App & Enjoy

XSIR PRO is a smart IPTV management platform that lets you upload, manage, and stream your M3U playlists on any device. Simply add your playlist URL and your device MAC address, and enjoy instant streaming.

Go to your device Settings Network Wi-Fi or Settings About Network Information. The MAC address is a 12-character code in the format XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX. On Android TV boxes it is usually listed under "Ethernet MAC" or "Wi-Fi MAC".

An M3U playlist is a text file that contains a list of media streams (channels, movies, series). Your IPTV provider will give you a URL that points to this file. XSIR PRO uses this URL to load your channels onto your device.

Yes! The 24-hour trial is completely free and requires no credit card. Simply enter your MAC address and click "Activate Free Trial". You will get full access to all features for 24 hours.

Each plan covers 1 device (identified by its MAC address). If you have multiple devices, you will need to activate each one separately. Contact us if you need a multi-device plan.

Go to the My Playlists tab, enter your MAC address and click "Load Playlists". Each playlist row has a Delete button. Click it and confirm to remove the playlist from your device.

First, check that the M3U URL is correct and working. Try opening it directly in a browser. Make sure your internet connection is stable. If the issue persists, delete the playlist and re-upload it with the correct URL.
